Powder coating

What is powder coating? In this coating process, the paint is applied as a powder and is electrostatically charged. We use powder coating for metal surfaces. The powder is sprayed onto the material in one go using a special spray gun. The paint particles adhere immediately to the metal. Then, we heat the paint layer so that the powder melts and can be evenly distributed across the surface. This process ensures a smooth and even coating that bonds firmly to the material, forming a beautiful, durable finish.
