Zinc-plated roofing material
Zinc roofing is popular for its low-maintenance, lightweight, compact, and recyclable properties, not to mention its elegant appearance. It provides durable protection and ensures effective water drainage. Zinc roofing is often seen on Amsterdam’s historic buildings, but it’s also gaining traction in modern construction!

Bitumen roofing
Bitumen, a viscous material derived from hydrocarbons found in crude oil (not to be confused with tar), is also naturally occurring. This weather-resistant material is frequently used for flat roofs. Installing bitumen roofing is a relatively quick process. First, our roofers thoroughly clean the surface, then carefully roll out the bitumen, trimming excess material. We secure it with expert precision, using heat to bond the bitumen tightly to the roof, ensuring near-seamless connections. Your roof will be protected for the next 20 years.
Shingles
Shingles are lightweight tiles made from bitumen. Much like ceramic roof tiles, shingles overlap in rows to create a waterproof barrier. Their lightweight nature makes them suitable for lighter construction, and they can accommodate irregularly shaped roofs. An added bonus: shingles are relatively cost-effective.
With shingles, you can give your roof a personalized touch. The options are abundant! Besides different colors (black, red, and green), you can choose from various shapes, such as rectangular, hexagonal, and beavertail shingles with rounded edges.
